Walt Disney's innovative spirit lead to the impressive design of Disney's Contemporary Resort. This Walt Disney World® Resort opened on October 1, 1971 featuring a Monorail boarding station inside the hotel. Mickey Mouse is a pin-on-pin, while the Monorail is a slider. One side features the original, Disneyland® Monorail; the other side features the current Walt Disney World® Model. This pin measures approximately 2.1" wide by 1.7" tall, and is part of the "Innovator Series."

Mickey Mouse commemorates the 35th Anniversary of Disney's Contemporary Resort with this Limited Edition 1000 pin. This pin features a pin-on-pin element and a dangle shaped like a monorail. The resort opened on October 1, 1971.

Mickey in Basket of 'Mickey Head' Balloons - Travel Company

This pin has Mickey floating in a hot air balloon type contraption, only instead of one hot air balloon, it's lots of different colored Mickey balloons. The banner underneath is purple with gold lettering which says "Walt Disney Travel Co. Inc."

Guests that booked certain travel packages through the Walt Disney Travel Company to the Disneyland Resort were given certificates to redeem for a lanyard and a special pin. This is the great pin given to those guests in Jan 2002.

The pin measures 1 3/8" tall by 13/16" wide. The backstamp says, "LIMITED EDITION-(c)DISNEY-China".

Train Conductor Mickey Mouse commemorates the Disneyland® Park Attraction - Santa Fe Railroad in this Limited Edition pin. This attraction opened on July 17, 1955 and was later named the Disneyland® Railroad. The pin has a dangle that says "E Ticket Disneyland" and Mickey is pin-on-pin. Mickey is in Disneyland Engine No. 3, the Fred Gurley.

Disneyland® Resort Annual Passholders had to present valid Passholder ID in order to purchase this pin.

Future World - Monorail with Spaceship Earth, Epcot - Pin from year 1986 !!!!

This Gift with Purchase pin features the Main Street Train Station and was the first pin in the Original Lands collection.

RARE !! Old EuroDisney Imagineer Steam Train pin from year 1991 !! Bravo les Imagineers !

Pin is gold and black and shows the train engine of the Disneyland Paris RR. It was given to Imagineers at the opening of EuroDisney. On the back, it reads "Bravo les imagineers! EuroDisneyland 1991".

DLR Magical Milestones - Mark III Monorail - FANTASTIC spinner pin !!! - LE 750 Surprise pin-on-pin

This Limited Edition 750 Surprise Pin celebrates the Mark III Disneyland® Resort monorail. The Mark III was introduced in 1969 and this pin features Monorail Yellow. The pin was designed by Dawn Ockstadt from Disney Design Group.

In the center of the pin are gold pilot's wings which reads "Disneyland Monorail" and the Disneyland is "D" at the top which is pin-on-pin. Series 3 Cast Member Lanyard Pin - Lilo & Stitch Monorail

This wonderful lanyard pin features everyone's favorite blue alien, Stitch with Lilo, Nani and David all dressed as tourists, taking a ride on Monorail Blue to the Magic Kingdom on this creative Global lanyard series 3 pin. Stitch wears a Mickey ears hat. Shadow silhouettes of Mickey Mouse and Pleakley can be seen in the doors to the left of the cab.

There is a Hidden Mickey on the monorail track on the right of the pin.

This lanyard pin can only be obtained by trading with Cast Members at WDW.

Magic Kingdom Main Street Trolley - Hidden Mickey / Cast Lanyard pin - with Goofy *

The Magic Behind our Steam Trains Tour - WOW!!

This pin features Mickey riding a train engine on the Walt Disney World Railroad. The pin itself reads, out of the smoke from the engine, 'The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour'.

The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains, a Magic Kingdom park behind the scenes tour, explores Walt Disney’s passion for steam trains, while giving Guests the opportunity to join the train crew as they prepare for the daily railroad operation at the MAGIC KINGDOM.

The tour highlight is the train trip back to the roundhouse with an up-close and personal look at one or more of the locomotives, but the experience is also rich in history about Walt Disney's lifelong fascination with steam trains, how WDW acquired their four old locomotives, and the operating procedures they follow to serve the annual ridership of over 3 million. As a souvenir, guests used to get an actual spike from the railroad prior to 9/11 - however, when airport security began to confiscate these spikes, they began giving out this pin.

This tour has been at WDW since October 1999. It is offered Monday, Thursday and Saturdays at the MK turnstiles at 7:30 am and ends approximately 9:30 am.

The pin is approx. 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/2" high. One only!!
