This was the logo pin for the Epcot Pin Celebration held August 9-12, 2001. It's a spinner pin with the middle saying: Epcot presents Disney's Pin Celebration Pins Around our World - Walt Disney World. "Pins around our World" is in a red stripe across the middle. The outer spinner part has Mickey's gloved hand outstretched with pins to trade and the Park icons for all the current Disney parks worldwide represented. (The globe for Epcot, the Tree of Life for Animal Kingdom, the Earful tower for MGM & the various castle icons for the other parks around the world). All of the icons are done in blue with a white background. Large pin, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

Honey I Shrunk The Audience - Presented by Kodak - Grand Opening Manager / Cast member pin - RARE !!!!!!!

This pin says "Honey, I Shrunk The Audience" in all caps in red with blue bars around it, and under that it says "Presented by" in gold, followed by "Kodak" in gold with red accenting around it. This pin is 3-D in that the lettering is raised, and the gold background is the base of the pin. It is a manager's only pin for the grand opening of this attraction, and is no longer worn or made.

Epcot - Around the World Tour at Epcot - Segway Slider Tour Pin - Rare!!!! ON SPECIAL !!! WAS $25.00 !!

This LE pin (size unknown by Cast Members) was presented to participants in the "Around the World at Epcot" tour upon completion of the program. After 1 hour of training, guests were able to ride Segway Human Transporters around World Showcase for 1 hour. The reverse reads, "Disney PIN TRADING 2004 THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE SEGWAY EXPERIENCE 'Segway HT Rider (c)Segway LLC' (c)Disney China".

This is a superb 'piece of history' pin, as it was issued when Epcot was still called 'Epcot Center' !! It features Spaceship Earth with a very stylized Monorail passing in front of it.

This pin is shaped like Spaceship Earth at EPCOT - the background is purple in the pin & it has outlines of different countries icons with fireworks in the background along with the laser lights that can be seen in the show.. This pin is part of the Cast Member Lanyard Pin Series 3 Global Pin Series, in a sub-set featuring Night Time Shows - the other two are 'Wishes' and 'SpectrMagic' in the Magic Kingdom Section.

All three pins released in the Night Time Show lanyard series have Hidden Mickeys on them. On this pin, the Mickeys are around the star on top of Sorcerer Mickey's wand.

It shows Mickey and Minnie in Victorian dress, Minnie in Easter bonnett and egg basket. Size is about 2.5cm x 3cm.

This is the Sega-Dreamcast press pin given out for the opening of Innoventions. Each press pin has one of the companies who sponsored a part of Innoventions at Epcot. Three part dangle pin handed out at a press only event at Walt Disney World for the opening of the remodeled Innoventions and the beginning of the 2000 Celebrations. The top section reads "Dreamcast" with the SEGA corporate logo. The middle brass colored bar reads "at INNOVENTIONS" and the bottom features the WDW 2000 logo "Walt Disney World Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand." Part of series representing the different vendors at Innoventions in 2000.

Mickey 2000 Spaceship Earth

One of the pins that got it all this 'Pin Trading' started - now really rare, everyone wanted to be wearing one of these trademark pins when walking around the parks - especially at Epcot. Very hard to find since October 1999 when this pin was first available.

Epcot - First National Robotics Championships in year 2000 - LE

This pin was from the First National Robotics Championship, held April 6-8 2000 at Epcot.

Limited Edition of 5000 pins, available only during the 3 days of this first event.

Epcot - First National Robotics Championships in year 2002 - LE 1500

This pin was released in conjunction with the 2002 FIRST Robotics Competition held at Epcot, April 25-28 2002. The pin could only be purchased outside in the Gifts and Souvenirs tent of the competition.

It is a limited edition of 1500. It measures 1 3/4 by 1 1/4 inches. Blue backgroud, with black, red and darker blue lettering. The intertwined triangle, circle and square symbols spin! The back has the Disney Pin Trading 2002 logo and it is stamped "Limited Edition of 1500"

FIRST is an annual robotics competition for school students. The event is held annually, usually in April. FIRST was started by Dean Kamen, inventor of the Segway and iBot. F-I-R-S-T stands for "For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology".

Mission Space - Grand Opening Passholder Exclusive LE 5000

Annual Passholder exclusive pin to commemorate the opening of the Mission Space ride at EPCOT. Pin was released at Pin Central and Mouse Gear along with Passholder exclusive test rides on the Mission Space attraction.

This pin has a brilliant metallic blue shine on the oblong background disc behind Mickey's head (which doesn't really show up in the photo here). Released at WDW August 1, 2003.

Mission Space - Cast Imagineering Opening Team Pin Set - RARE!!!!!!!!!

Both pins were awarded to members of the Walt Disney Imagineering "flight crew" who created the Mission Space attraction at EPCOTin year 2003.

The circular pin with the familiar Mission Space logo features a view of the Earth from space and the shuttle shooting towards the sky, with the words "WE CHOOSE TO GO" across the top and "WDI FLIGHT TEAM 2003" across the bottom. Back reads Epcot Cast Exclusive.

The ISTC pin (International Space Training Center) was awarded at the same time. This is also WDI Cast Exclusive on the reverse.

An edition size of 5000 this is a lovely reminder of the festival, one of the best .Orange and yellow flowers that are stained glass and if held up to the light shine as the sun flows through.
