(Don't rent anything else if you want some wonderful Florida sunshine!!). The pool and deck also benefit from privacy screening on all sides. Total approx' 2400 sq. ft. A crib and highchair are also available for the baby !!Highgate Park is an exclusive, gated community in the Davenport area, south west of Orlando, Florida. The community also benefits from a children's playground and tennis court. Within just a couple of miles of Highgate you will also find plenty of stores, restaurants, fast food, banks and other facilities including Wal-Mart and Publix. For golfers there are numerous golf courses within a five-ten minute drive including the renowned Highlands Park and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.Our new privately owned home, built in 2006, is located within Highgate Park - a secure gated community just off Highway 27, approximately 2 miles south of Highway 192. The I-4 is also only a few minutes drive away, to head east to Orlando, SeaWorld and Universal Studios, or west to Tampa and the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf and the Atlantic coasts can both be easily reached in 60 to 80 minutes drive.Our fully air conditioned home offers you not only the perfect base for all your Orlando adventures, but also a peaceful and luxurious setting to relax and enjoy the quieter rest days during your vacation, with upgraded furniture throughout the home, inside and out.Downstairs on the first floor the home is open plan with 9' ceilings, and triple width sliding doors out to the oversized deck and sun-soaked swimming pool.
