The Walt Disney Originals Collection pays tribute to Walt Disney's pioneering achievements in great family entertainment, with a new Limited Edition pin released each month throughout 2006.

This Limited Edition pin celebrates the animated short, Plane Crazy. This pin is hinged and features a pin-on-pin vintage Mickey Mouse on the cover. When opened, an image of Mickey and Minnie flying in an airplane and kissing. A photo of Walt Disney is also seen. Mickey is reading a book called "How To Fly".

Even though this was the first pin released, the back is stamped # 2 of 12. The Alice pin is to be released in February, stamped # 1 of 12

Disney Bear Waving - Hidden Mickey Cast Lanyard pin (Released at WDW September 7, 2007)

Part of Walt Disney World's Hidden Mickey cast lanyard exclusive collection for 2007/2008. Pin depicts a beige plush Disney Bear toy (so named for the Mickey head shapes on its body) winking and waving its right arm while holding its left arm behind its back. Silver Mickey head can be found on its left foot. This is pin #4 of a five pin Disney Bear collection.

Pin debuted and was obtained at Walt Disney World's Pin Celebration 2007 and is scheduled to be released into full circulation in November 2007.

Scoop Sanderson was provided with a limited number of these pins for his use on Main Street, U.S.A. He is one of a few people that have this pin to use for promotional items.

FAB 4 Welcome ! - Cast Create-A-Pin 2006 Winner WDW - LE 500 (!!!!) pins-on-pin (Release date 9 April 2006) *

The Walt Disney World® Resort Pin Trading Team held a "Create-A-Pin" contest for Cast Members in late 2005. Six winning entries were selected following a rigourous review process by the Pin Team and Disney Design Group Artists.

Three of these pins will be Open Edition, and three will be Limited Edition. The winning designs were selected based on originality, creativity, aesthetics, spirit and spirit of design. This six pin collection will be released throughout 2006.

This Limited Edition pin was designed by Jon Pinto. The pin features Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck and Goofy all attempting to get through a door at one time - with a 'Welcome' mat at the door. Mickey, Donald and Goofy's heads are pins-on-pin.

This is a REALLY fabulous pin of 'the original' Disney Castle at DLR, released in year 2003.

The Castle, in pink and blue, is surrounded by golden swirls and stars, with Tinker Bell at the top waving her wand over the Castle, in her own star-burst.

Mickey in Basket of 'Mickey Head' Balloons - Travel Company

This pin has Mickey floating in a hot air balloon type contraption, only instead of one hot air balloon, it's lots of different colored Mickey balloons. The banner underneath is purple with gold lettering which says "Walt Disney Travel Co. Inc."

Guests that booked certain travel packages through the Walt Disney Travel Company to the Disneyland Resort were given certificates to redeem for a lanyard and a special pin. This is the great pin given to those guests in Jan 2002.

The pin measures 1 3/8" tall by 13/16" wide. The backstamp says, "LIMITED EDITION-(c)DISNEY-China".

A Family Pin Gathering 2004 - Pin Trading Fab Five Keepsake Album (Thank You Gift) - LE 1250 - BACK IN STOCK !!!

The parting gift for Epcot's 2004 pin event is a hinged keepsake album and set of five pins.

The cover of the album is printed "A Family Pin Gathering 2004". Inside the album is a picture frame on the left side and a spot for pins on the right. A set of five pins featuring the Fab Five in pin trading mode is included, each backstamped with the 2004 Pin Trading logo and "Limited Edition of 1250". Pins are not stamped with the event logo. Back of album is printed "Limited Edition of 1250".

Individual pins are as follows (character poses are identical to those in the event logo):

Mickey Winking 'Presse Grosso' '97 - LE 250 promotional pin - RARE !!!!!!!!! Special - Was $25 !!!!

REALLY great pin of Mickey winking, and holding a rosette for "Presse Grosso '97", made by the German manufacturer ProPin. 'Presse Grosso' is the German Federal Press Association, and this pin was produced specially for their 1997 Convention, which was attended by around 150 people. The rosette is the 'Presse Grosso' logo.

It was produced in a Limited Edition of just 250 pins (this information is from ProPin, Germany themselves). C Disney, ProPin and ProPin 'Smiley' Logo on the reverse of this great pin.

This is the original 'Made in Taiwan' version of ths great pin, and now rarely found.

Note the color variations, and it is slightly smaller than the current version. It is also, I think, genuine cloisonne from its appearance.

Really, REALLy old pin of Mickey playing soccer in a very brightly colored soccer strip. From 1980s / 1990s, it only says "Disney" on the back with no indication of where it was manufactured.

We couldn't establish where this great looking pin fits in........until now! A very knowledgeable source (PanamaMike) tells us this was one of 12 'Filmstrip Mickey' pins, marking Mickey's roles in various cartoons - therefore, this one is of our favourite Mouse in Mickey Mouseworks, 1999 - simple!
