Your ideally located Welcome Center, run by IPG on our behalf, is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience and total peace of mind.Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out is 10:00am.For your convenience during your stay we offer an unlimited phone usage program that allows you to place unlimited international and domestic local & long distance calls for only $5.00 per day, plus tax, for the duration of your stay. For more details please ask the front desk staff members when you check-in.Cleaning Fee:Reservations less than 5 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $100. Bookings for 5 nights or more are NOT subject to a cleaning fee.Property Protection Fee:At check-in, you may wish to consider paying a non-refundable Property Protection Fee of $65 (plus tax) for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee at check-in ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,000 maximum).Note, key(s) /card(s) will only be issued once we have received a copy of your credit card and photo ID at check-in. The person registering MUST be at least 21 years of age. Cancellation Charges:Where written notice of cancellation is received and acknowledged by us:29 or more days prior to arrival = 50% of rental charge28 days or less prior to arrival or a 'no show' = 100% of rental chargeRENTAL DISCLAIMER: A reservation submission constitutes a request only and is not a legally binding contract.
