Celebrating Thanksgiving 2005 in New York City is this Limited Edition 1000 pin featuring a balloon of Mickey Mouse. He is dressed as a Bandleader and is ready for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Cloud in upper right corner reads "Happy Thanksgiving 2005." The blue sky is the background. The bottom reads "New York City" in black text over "NYC" in red text all on a white cloud.

The Mickey Balloon is dressed in red and yellow / gold. There are strings attached all over him. One hand appears to be waving while the other holds a torch.

These special Cast Lanyard Pins are direct from the Disney Pin Vault. The ten (10) featured designs were created for the first collection of Cast Lanyard pins in 2002. The pins were sampled but never ordered or distributed at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Guests got a sneak preview of these pins at Disney's Pin Celebration 2004 - A Family Pin Gathering.

These pins were not distributed to Cast Members for trading; the pins were created especially for a promotion at WDW starting in April 2006, as a tribute to the original Cast Lanyard Collection.
