Laverne and Hugo are laughing at Victor. They are the pale green color of old bronze, outlined in gold. Pin is 1 inch high, 1 ¾ inch wide. Gold back with ©Disney Taiwan - Therefore likely to be from 1980s as from then on Disney had their pins manufactured in China rather than Taiwan.
